How Does This Work?

Step 1 - Checkout with the appropriate Repair Service. Click above to do that now!

 

Step 2 - Drop your device by the location chosen above or mail your device to 717-B Wards Ferry Road, Lynchburg, VA 24502. Make sure and include your return address if you are shipping it in!

 

Step 3 - After the repair is complete, you'll receive notification that your new high quality screen has been installed and that we shipped your device back to you. Repair is usually done within an hour* if you bring it in  (This notification will contain your tracking number to track your device online)

 

Step 4 (if shipping) - Receive your device via the shipping method you chose when you originally checked out. 

 

Step 5 - Enjoy your Freshly Repaired Device!


When do I get my device back?

All devices are repaired at our Professional Service Centers in Lynchburg, VA. The repair process takes about an hour* from the time your device is received at our service center until it is completed. 

 

When sending us your device, please remove all accessories including your case if possible and package it very well.

We are not responsible for shipping damages.
