"SECRETARY" Qualifications

 

PhoneAxiom Express Device Repair is in need of one secretary who will perform the following functions with excellence. Experience is required.

Essential Functions

  • Answer telephone and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals.
  • Arrange conferences and meetings.
  • Compose, type, and distribute meeting notes, routine correspondence, and reports.
  • Greet visitors and callers, handle their inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs.
  • Locate and attach appropriate files to incoming correspondence requiring replies.
  • Mail newsletters, promotional material, and other information.
  • Manage social media and respond to social media messages in a timely manner.
  • Maintain scheduling and event calendars.
  • Make copies of correspondence and other printed material.
  • Open, read, route, and distribute incoming mail and other material, and prepare answers to routine letters.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments.
  • Set up and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence, and other material.
  • Collect and disburse funds from cash accounts, and keep records of collections and disbursements.
  • Conduct searches to find needed information, using such sources as the Internet.
  • Coordinate conferences and meetings.
  • Establish work procedures and schedules, and keep track of the daily work of clerical staff.
  • Learn to operate new office technologies as they are developed and implemented.
  • Manage projects, and contribute to committee and team work.
  • Operate electronic mail systems and coordinate the flow of information both internally and with other organizations.
  • Order and dispense supplies.
  • Prepare and mail checks for bill payments and other reasons.
  • Provide services to customers, such as order placement and account information.
  • Assist managers or store owners with any and all advice needed to run their stores.
  • Review work done by others to check for correct spelling and grammar, ensure that company format policies are followed, and recommend revisions.
  • Operate office equipment such as copiers and phone systems, and use computers for spreadsheet, word processing, database management, and other applications as required. 

 

"Techie" Qualifications

 

PhoneAxiom Express Device Repair is in need of a Mobile Device Phone Repair Technician who will troubleshoot, repair and refurbish mobile devices to "like new" condition. This includes screen replacement, batteries, and more. Experience is required.

Essential Functions

  • Perform functional test damaged devices and diagnose failures
  • Disassemble, test, and replace defective components
  • Test and reclaim individual components and external housings
  • Reassemble complete device, following specific instructions
  • Perform full functional, cosmetic, and RF testing
  • Identify potential areas for improvement of internal processes and procedures

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Provide Perfect Customer Service
  • Experience using precision tools and technology
  • Effectively communicate with customers
  • Able to pick up on new processes quickly and execute with little direction
  • Good computer skills
  • Able to sit and stand for extended periods of time
  • Vision capabilities to focus on small, intricate parts for extended periods of time

Job Description

PhoneAxiom Express Device Repair is in need of a highly qualified and skilled manager to work alongside a great team to manage all aspects of a business including customer interaction, improving process, ordering products and supplies, prepare payroll, make bank deposits and more managerial tasks. The right candidate should also be able to repair mobile devices and oversee others with positivity. Management experience is very helpful. 

 

Mandatory Functions:

  • Manage others and ensure that our repair process is maintained to the utmost standards
  • Maintain PERFECT customer satisfaction at all times
  • Identify potential areas for improvement of internal processes and procedures
  • Procure corporate accounts and maintain current accounts
  • Prepare payroll, make daily bank deposits

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Provide Perfect Customer Service
  • Experience using precision tools and technology is a PLUS
  • Effectively communicate with customers
  • Able to pick up on new processes quickly and execute with little direction
  • Good computer skills
  • Able to sit or stand for extended periods of time
  • Should be very positive and outgoing in demeanor

Qualifications

Prior management experience is a must.
