Qualifications to be a Customer Service Advisor.

PhoneAxiom Express Device Repair is in need of a Customer Service Advisor (CSA) who will receive new customers, deliver perfect customer service, guide customer buying decisions, etc.  Sales experience is required.

Essential Functions

  • You will respond to customer requests in a simple and practical way, putting yourself in your customers’ shoes, and keeping your smile to ensure their satisfaction through a unique customer experience.
  • You will demonstrate your talent and communications skills through a variety of activities : incoming calls, customer management, workorder management, providing advice and information, retention, social network community management etc.
  • You must have excellent customer service and sales skills and be very professional in your presentation. 

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Provide Perfect Customer Service
  • Effectively communicate with customers
  • Able to pick up on new processes quickly and execute with little direction
  • Good computer skills
  • Able to sit and stand for extended periods of time

Qualifications to be a Social Media Manager.

PhoneAxiom Express Device Repair is in need of a Social Media Manager to interact with people on social media.

Essential Functions

  • You will create and publish content on various social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, Instagram, etc.
  • You will respond to posts in an attempt to help fulfill potential customer needs and gain more business for the company.
  • You will demonstrate your talent and communications skills through a variety of activities: Incoming calls, customer management, and more.
  • You must have excellent customer service and sales skills and be very professional in your presentation. 

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Provide Perfect Customer Service at all times
  • Effectively communicate with all customers
  • Able to pick up on new processes quickly and execute with little direction
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Able to sit or stand for extended periods of time
  • Very familiar with Social Media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, Instagram and others.

Qualifications for the "Techie" position.

PhoneAxiom Express Device Repair is in need of a Mobile Device Phone Repair Technician who will troubleshoot, repair and refurbish mobile devices to "like new" condition. This includes screen replacement, batteries, and more. Experience is required.

Essential Functions

  • Perform functional test damaged devices and diagnose failures
  • Disassemble, test, and replace defective components
  • Test and reclaim individual components and external housings
  • Reassemble complete device, following specific instructions
  • Perform full functional, cosmetic, and RF testing
  • Identify potential areas for improvement of internal processes and procedures

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Provide Perfect Customer Service
  • Experience using precision tools and technology
  • Effectively communicate with customers
  • Able to pick up on new processes quickly and execute with little direction
  • Good computer skills
  • Able to sit and stand for extended periods of time
  • Vision capabilities to focus on small, intricate parts for extended periods of time

Job Description

PhoneAxiom Express Device Repair is in need of a highly qualified and skilled manager to work alongside a great team to manage all aspects of a business including customer interaction, improving process, ordering products and supplies, prepare payroll, make bank deposits and more managerial tasks. The right candidate should also be able to repair mobile devices and oversee others with positivity. Management experience is very helpful. 

 

Mandatory Functions:

  • Manage others and ensure that our repair process is maintained to the utmost standards
  • Maintain PERFECT customer satisfaction at all times
  • Identify potential areas for improvement of internal processes and procedures
  • Procure corporate accounts and maintain current accounts
  • Prepare payroll, make daily bank deposits

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Provide Perfect Customer Service
  • Experience using precision tools and technology is a PLUS
  • Effectively communicate with customers
  • Able to pick up on new processes quickly and execute with little direction
  • Good computer skills
  • Able to sit or stand for extended periods of time
  • Should be very positive and outgoing in demeanor

Qualifications

Prior management experience is a must.
